We are looking for a highly motivated Regional Talent Recruiter to help grow our fast paced company.

Pixel Mafia is a 3D Art Service Studio focused on creating high-end art for blockbuster video games made by some of the largest publishers in the world.

We are looking for an Regional Talent Recruiter to support our studio. You must be highly driven with solid experience in Recruitment. A large part of this role will be to create strategies to help the company achieve its aggressive growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • As all communication will be in English, excellent oral and written English communication skills is a must
  • Minimum of 4-5 years solid experience in recruitment
  • Highly organized, meticulous, and strong attention to details
  • Able to multitask and prioritize at all times
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
  • Comfortable taking on new tasks and has the ability to research and figure things out on their own

RESPONSIBILTIES

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies which allow the company to achieve its aggressive growth goals
  • Perform end-to-end recruitment process including relocation plans for new hires
  • Market the company and establish key relationships with art schools located in the Philippines and Southeast Asia
  • Attend offsite recruitment activities in the Philippines and potentially within the Southeast Asia region
  • Establish a network of artists who work in the game development and entertainment industry
  • Maintain Social media accounts and spearhead company advertisements/promotion
  • Perform research and sourcing for potential candidates
  • Coordinate for interview and test administration
  • Prepare job offers and contracts
  • Ensure new hire's requirements are submitted prior to start date
  • Prepare weekly recruitment report
  • Coordinate with Management and Project Leads for hiring requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
