QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 5 years solid experience in IT services
• Expert knowledge in Active Directory
• Expert knowledge in Networking
• Basic Linux networking setup
• Knowledgeable in versioning software like Perforce and SVN
• Knowledgeable in 3D/2D art software packages like Autodesk Maya and Photoshop
• Familiar with VPN technology
• Knowledge in pen testing and vulnerability assessment tools
• Familiar with Python (optional)
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
• Knowledge in building customized computer work stations
• Flexible, proactive and highly organized
• Has an inherently high standard of service quality, ownership and responsibility
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering

RESPONSIBILTIES

• Implement, maintain, and enforce all IT related policies including but not limited to Security, Network Administration, Account Management, Data Backup Management, Encryption, Virus Protection, Change Management, and Disaster Recovery
• Manages and coordinates all IT-related matters including data, network, security, and computer hardware and software
• Monitor performance of IT systems in an effort to maximize performance and security while managing costs
• Implements procedures for network optimization, security, reliability, and availability.
• Ensures regular vulnerability scanning and penetration testing is conducted.
• Procurement of hardware and software. Prepare cost benefits analysis when upgrades are necessary, continuously analyzing vendors to ensure they offer the best possible service and value for company needs
• Identify areas of investment needed to meet the growth demand of the company.
• Coordinate and supervise IT staff member(s)
• Securing and handling confidential information
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time
